Worked department:  department where hours are actually worked (and expensed)

Home department:  department where an employee is officially assigned in the payroll master file; employee may not work all of his/her hours in this department

Labor type:  there are three labor types, as designated by the first digit in the account number:

1 -  Normal labor:  hours which are worked (and expensed) by an employee in his/her home department (i.e., worked department and home department are the same)

2 -  Borrowed labor:  from the perspective of the worked department, these are hours which are worked (and expensed) by an employee from a different home department (i.e., worked department and home department are not the same)

3 -  Lost labor:  from the perspective of the home department, these are hours which are worked (and expensed) in another department, thereby reducing worked hours in the home department; note that these hours are redundant to borrowed hours stored in the worked department
